Subject to availability:

Orders received before midday Monday to Friday should be despatched that same working day.
Orders received after midday will be despatched the next working day.
Orders received at the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday.

Christmas Orders

Please be aware that deliveries at busy periods may take longer to be delivered if sent by standard delivery. Express delivery should still arrive within 1-3 working days.

UK standard delivery £4.95 – UK mainland

Parcels sent with Royal Mail or Parcel Force 3-5 working days delivery from day of despatch.
Orders over £60.00 standard delivery in the UK are free.

UK express delivery £6.95 – UK Mainland

Parcels sent with Royal Mail or Parcel Force 1-3 working days delivery from day of despatch

In the event that an item is out of stock we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.

Couriers - Parcelforce

Karlsson have partnered with Parcelforce to deliver all of our non furniture orders. Parcelforce are one of the UK's largest and most reputable courier services. Parcelforce provide a fully traceable Nationwide delivery service. When an order is dispatched, a customer will receive an email confirmation that includes an order tracking code. To view the progress of an order please access the Parcelforce website and enter the tracking code supplied.

Parcelforce deliver between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

We value your security. To safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods.
If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, Parcelforce will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery. They will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the goods to us.

Although we work closely with Parcelforce to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.
Please Note: We regret that we are only able to ship products to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses.

We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but, to avoid confusion, please inform them in advance that a parcel from Karlsson is going to be delivered. Note: The value of the goods does not appear on the packing slip.

HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

- 2-5 working days


For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland. and some other UK postcodes the delivery charge is £4,95 for orders weighing under 2Kg which can be sent via Royal Mail; and £10.00 for orders weighing over 2Kg which need to be sent via our courier service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer our FREE delivery option for orders over £60 to these areas.

General Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services team quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you.

Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on Karlssondesign.co.uk
We make no charge for returns - there is no restocking fee
We do not pay for returns postage. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were supplied.


You will be refunded by the method you used to pay for the order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds. We will credit the card you paid with, or, If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.


For UK customers please return it to us within 30 days - or the end of January in the case of unwanted Christmas presents. For international customers please return it to us within 40 days.

Refund your card we have on your account (this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods, send you a voucher fo rthe postage,then despatch and recharge a replacement.

If you paid for order using PayPal

Refund your paypal account for the postage only and despatch a replacement.
